I know the feeling of blocked femininity all too well. When I was in business school, a highly masculine environment, I felt disconnected from my joyful feminine nature. My once vibrant spirit was dulled by the incessant pressure to do and achieve more.

On the outside, I was a go-getter relentlessly chasing after my “dreams”. On the inside, I was miserable and unrecognizable to even myself.

It didn’t get much better when I graduated and went to work in the male-driven tech sector in San Francisco. From quiet whispers of self-doubt to turbulent waves of emotional unrest, signs of blocked feminine energy were reverberating all around me, shaping all of my experiences and relationships. It wasn’t until I moved to Santa Monica, close to the free-flowing and feminine ocean, that I finally realized why I’d been unhappy for so long.
